Happy Saturday all. I wanted to revisit an old article because it’s a good reminder that sometimes we all need again.
If you have confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believed in your heart that He rose from the dead to overcome sin and death, you have believed the core doctrine of the Christian faith. No matter what church denomination, you are in the Body of Christ.
In all our messes, hurts, heart aches and disappointments, it’s sometimes hard to see ourselves through anyone’s eyes but our own, when we need to see ourselves and others through His eyes.
While sometimes we fail and disappoint, and some people can’t find it in their own lives the joy and peace that comes from Him so they tend to hold grudges, find fault, and always point fingers at everyone but themselves. Even knowing Jesus created us, it’s hard to remember to see ourselves through His eyes, even when there are reminders.
So let’s go through it again and know just how much He loves us and how He sees us
Because, in Christ, you are:
Forgiven– All, every last sin, has been paid for, in full. Ephesians 1:7

When you’re seeing your faults and messes, when the enemy uses past hurtful words from others to keep you feeling worthless, remember Jesus loves you so much, He died for you. When others tell you you’ll never be good enough, stop listening and look! See yourself through Jesus. He is enough and the only One’s opinion of you that matters.
Through Him you are
And He loves you
