Wake Up! It’s Monday!

I can’t help but use lawngren’s sketch for a Monday mornin’, especially since he’ll be out of commission for the next few weeks.  He’s having his knee surgery tomorrow, and hopefully recuperation time will be un eventful, no complications and go by quickly. I expect him to come running in here when he gets back, jumping and doing cart wheels to prove how good his knee feels again 🙂

A few weeks ago, I shared some cool and uplifting photos- I want to share the rest of them today to get folks smilin’ this morning, to carry with you all day.

This one I just love. This grandson is giving his 84 year old grandma support in a smile inducing way as she was too embarrassed to walk around the hospital in nothing but her nightgown…
These window cleaning employees have an amazing way of bringing smiles to kids in the hospital…
One day a week, this guy gives free hair cuts to homeless people…
This whole family comes to make sure their wayward baby got unstuck from a fence. Thankful to the heroes who rescued him 🙂

OK two more.  Ingenuity at it’s best!
And, Heroes ♥
Hmmm, that last one reminds me of Some One…

And he said unto them, What man shall there be among you, that shall have one sheep, and if it fall into a pit on the sabbath day, will he not lay hold on it, and lift it out? How much then is a man better than a sheep? Wherefore it is lawful to do well on the sabbath days.  Matthew 12:11,12

Now the tax collectors and sinners were all gathering around to hear Jesus.
But the Pharisees and the teachers of the law muttered, “This man welcomes sinners and eats with them.  Then Jesus told them this parable:  “Suppose one of you has a hundred sheep and loses one of them. Doesn’t he leave the ninety-nine in the open country and go after the lost sheep until he finds it? And when he finds it, he joyfully puts it on his shoulders  and goes home. Then he calls his friends and neighbors together and says, ‘Rejoice with me; I have found my lost sheep.’ I tell you that in the same way there will be more rejoicing in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who do not need to repent.  Luke 15:1-7

Here’s a Monday mornin’ pick me up to get your toes tappin’ and the rest of you movin’. At the 2 minute mark don’t forget to Crank it up!!

It’s a Monday Open! Have a blessed and safe day y’all!
